Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food or drink products unless they are faulty.

Secure Packaging
Ensure all items are returned in their original, unopened packaging and placed securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.
Dispatch Return
Send your parcel to our London distribution center using a tracked courier service; please include your original order number and contact details inside the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
